

I spent 15+ years inside organizations leading talent acquisition, leadership initiatives, and culture strategy at companies including ResMed and Abbott, partnering closely with executives through periods of rapid growth, change, and transformation. What I consistently saw were high-performing leaders succeeding externally while quietly operating in chronic stress, overwhelm, and disconnection internally — capable, credible, but running at unsustainable levels.
That’s what I built Hart Consulting Group to change. Through the Leadership Evolution System™, I help leaders strengthen capacity, improve decision-making under pressure, and lead with greater clarity, alignment, and sustainable impact through a blend of leadership development, nervous system regulation, identity work, and strategy. I also serve as DEI Chair for the Maine Women's Conference and am the founder of Wild Harts Collective, where I create immersive leadership experiences including Lead Wild, a transformational leadership retreat on the coast of Maine.
